서비스 이용약관

이 약관은 hanaro-usa.com(이하 「사이트」)을 이용할 때 회원과 운영자가 지킬 약속입니다. 가입하거나 사이트를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 가입
- 만 13세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다.
- 한 사람이 여러 계정을 만들어 추천·신고·거래 후기를 조작하면 안 됩니다.
- 계정과 비밀번호는 본인이 관리해야 하며, 도용이 의심되면 바로 알려 주세요.
2. 글과 사진의 권리
회원이 올린 글·사진의 권리는 회원에게 있습니다. 다만 회원은 그 글을 사이트에 보여 주고, 검색·공유·백업하는 데 필요한 범위에서 운영자가 무료로 쓸 수 있도록 허락합니다. 이 허락은 글을 지우면 끝납니다(이미 공유되었거나 백업된 사본은 예외일 수 있습니다). 다른 사람의 글·사진·기사를 허락 없이 옮겨 오지 마세요.
3. 하면 안 되는 일
- 사기, 선입금 유도, 가짜 매물, 다른 사람이나 기관을 사칭하는 행위
- 스팸, 도배, 광고성 링크 반복 게시, 자동 프로그램으로 글쓰기
- 다른 사람의 개인정보(주소·전화번호·사진 등)를 동의 없이 올리는 행위
- 욕설, 혐오, 괴롭힘, 특정인에 대한 근거 없는 비방
- 불법 물품·서비스, 위조품이나 상표·저작권을 침해하는 물품의 거래·홍보
- 악성 코드 유포, 사이트 운영을 방해하는 행위
4. 운영자의 조치
위 규칙을 어기거나 신고가 들어온 글·계정은 숨김, 삭제, 글쓰기 제한, 이용 정지를 할 수 있습니다. 스팸·사기 신호가 강한 글과 메시지는 자동으로 막힐 수 있습니다. 조치에 이견이 있으면 아래 메일로 알려 주세요.
5. 회원 간 거래와 정보
- 장터·업소 소개 등에서 이루어지는 거래는 회원끼리 직접 하는 것이며, 운영자는 거래 당사자가 아닙니다. 대금·물품·환불 문제는 당사자끼리 해결해야 합니다.
- 물건을 받기 전에 돈을 먼저 보내지 마세요. 거래 전에는 「조심해요」 게시판을 한 번 확인하세요.
- 게시글은 글쓴이 개인의 경험과 의견이며, 법률·의료·세무·이민에 관한 공식 자문이 아닙니다. 중요한 결정은 해당 전문가와 상의하세요.
- 날씨·경보 등 자동으로 가져온 정보는 원래 출처가 기준입니다. 긴급 상황에서는 공식 기관 안내를 따르세요.
6. 저작권 침해 신고
내 저작물이 허락 없이 올라왔다면 아래 메일로 해당 글 주소, 권리자임을 알 수 있는 내용, 연락처를 보내 주세요. 확인 후 해당 글을 숨기거나 삭제합니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 중단
운영자는 기능을 바꾸거나 일부 서비스를 중단할 수 있으며, 회원에게 영향이 큰 변경은 미리 공지합니다. 사이트는 무료로 제공되며, 서버 장애 등으로 글이 사라지지 않도록 백업하지만 모든 데이터의 보존을 보장하지는 않습니다.
8. 책임의 한계
사이트는 「있는 그대로」 제공됩니다. 운영자는 회원이 올린 글의 정확성, 회원 간 거래, 외부 링크의 내용에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자의 책임은 제한됩니다.
9. 탈퇴
회원은 언제든 「회원 탈퇴」로 계정을 지울 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 후 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
10. 약관 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 고치고, 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 사이트 공지로 알립니다. 변경 후에도 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms govern your use of hanaro-usa.com (the "Site"). By registering or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to register. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate votes, reports, or trade reviews. You are responsible for your account and password; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You grant the Site's operator a free, non-exclusive license to display, index, share, and back up your content as needed to run the Site. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared or held in backups. Do not post others' writing, photos, or articles without permission.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, advance-payment scams, fake listings, or impersonating a person or organization
- Spam, flooding, repeated promotional links, or automated posting
- Posting others' personal information (address, phone number, photos, etc.) without consent
- Abuse, hate speech, harassment, or unfounded accusations against individuals
- Trading or promoting illegal goods or services, counterfeits, or items that infringe trademarks or copyrights
- Distributing malware or interfering with the Site's operation
4. Moderation
We may hide or remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are reported. Posts and messages with strong spam or scam signals may be blocked automatically. Contact us by email if you disagree with an action.
5. Transactions and information between members
Trades arranged through the marketplace or business listings are solely between members; the operator is not a party and is not responsible for payment, delivery, or refunds. Do not pay before receiving goods. Posts reflect their authors' personal experience and are not legal, medical, tax, or immigration advice. Automatically imported information such as weather alerts is governed by its original source; follow official guidance in emergencies.
6. Copyright complaints
If your copyrighted work was posted without permission, email us the URL, information showing you own the rights, and your contact details. We will review and hide or remove the content as appropriate.
7. Changes and availability
We may change or discontinue features and will give advance notice of changes that significantly affect members. The Site is provided free of charge; we keep backups but do not guarantee that all data will be preserved.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of member content, transactions between members, or the content of external links. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited.
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Personal information after deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We will update the effective date when these Terms change and announce material changes at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
